Central Pennsylvania’s own Shane Gillis is a rising star in the comedy industry, whose shtick on this very show got him fired from Saturday Night Live a few days after getting hired.
Gillis’s appearances on other comedy podcasts (see We Might Be Drunk bachelor party episodes) show how funny he is (Gillis vs. Joe DeRosa is must listen content whenever it happens).
I’m not at all familiar with Matt Mccusker’s work, but listening to Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast doesn’t necessarily make me want to seek out his work.
Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast shines when they feature guests (Dan Soder shines in a recent episode), but I tend to pass when they use the default lineup.
